During my time at Brainstation’s UX design bootcamp, I was tasked with allocating and analyzing a desktop website for a Heuristic Evaluation. A heuristic evaluation is a method for identifying design problems in a user interface. Evaluators judge the design against a set of guidelines (called heuristics) that make systems easy to use. As a part of team 2, we chose Pet Smart’s online book a grooming service task flow due to issues with user control, aesthetic, and color.
